Certifications & Quality Assurance

In the aftermarket wear-parts business, certificates are common — proof is not. Here's what backs every RECH part.

Third-Party Material Reports

Material test reports (third-party where required) are available for every batch. Chemical composition and mechanical properties are documented, not assumed. Ask for the report on any product page or before you order.

Batch Hardness Verification

Hardness is verified per batch against the spec — wear faces hardened for abrasion resistance, fasteners tempered for toughness (e.g. HRC 39–44 on 12.9-grade hardware). Hardness data accompanies each batch record.

Free Sample Testing

The proof our customers trust most is the machine hour counter. We send free samples so you can run the part on your own equipment and measure the difference yourself — before you commit to volume.

What's Included With Every Order

  • Material test report — chemical composition and mechanical properties for the batch (third-party on request).
  • Hardness data — verified per batch against the specification.
  • Dimensional checks — mounting holes, threads and seating faces machined to the original part's dimensions.
  • Free samples — for testing on your machine before volume orders.

Every batch is traceable back to its material certificate — if you need a copy for your records, just ask.
